Each evening, we offer a curated multi-course menu that showcases the best of local produce, prepared fresh daily by our chefs. From the first bite to the final course, every detail is designed to celebrate the flavours and stories of the Highlands.

Served in the grandeur of the house, each tea experience offers a selection of delicate savoury delights, freshly baked scones, and sweet confections that celebrate the art of fine dining. Every menu is thoughtfully paired with hand-selected teas that enhance the flavours and the moment.
Due to our focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we ask that reservations be confirmed by 12pm noon on the day.
