1. Reservations and Payments
1.1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon reservation, and payment will be automatically taken 7 days prior to arrival.
1.2. Payment Failure: If payment is not successfully processed, your booking will be canceled, and the room will be released for other reservations.
1.3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved online payment platforms.
1.4. Room Rates: All rates are inclusive of VAT. Rates are per room, per night, and include continental breakfast unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
2.2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
2.3. Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking (e.g., date changes or room changes) are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in: Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00. If you anticipate arriving later, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
3.2. Check-out: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
4. House Policies
4.1. No Smoking or Vaping: Glencruitten Guest House is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and communal spaces. A £150 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
4.2. No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
4.3. Quiet Hours: For the comfort of all our guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to
8:00 AM. Please respect your fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
4.4. Guest Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if guest behavior is deemed inappropriate or violates these terms.
5. Damages and Liability
5.1. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any costs incurred to repair or replace damaged items will be charged to the guest.
5.2. Personal Property: Glencruitten Guest House is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items. Guests are encouraged to use the room safes provided and ensure valuables are secure.
5.3. Guest Safety: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests, Glencruitten Guest House will not be held liable for accidents or injuries sustained during your stay.
6. Meals and Dining
6.1. Breakfast: Continental breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance.
6.2. Wild Dining Experience: Dinner is available at an off-site location via our Wild Dining Experience. Please note this is not included in your room rate and must be booked separately. Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
6.3. Afternoon Tea: Afternoon tea is available between 16:00 and 18:00, with different packages offered. Please book in advance.
7. Force Majeure
Glencruitten Guest House is not liable for cancellations or the inability to provide services due to events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded or deferred for a future booking.
8. Complaints
We strive to provide a high standard of service. If you have any complaints during your stay, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can address them promptly.

Minibar: If you would like to order drinks or have the minibar stocked, please submit your requests prior to arrival or upon check-in.
7. Safety and Security
Personal Belongings: Glencruitten Guest House is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. Please ensure that valuables are secured in your room.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures located in your room.

10. Violation of House Rules
Right to Refuse Service: Glencruitten Guest House reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with these house rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Check-In
Time: Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00.
Reception: Our boutique guest house has a reception desk; however, it is not staffed outside of the designated check-in times.
Notification: Guests are kindly requested to submit their expected check-in time prior to arrival.
Breakfast Orders: Breakfast orders for the following morning can also be sent to the Guest Experience Manager at +447365896765 prior to or on arrival.
