Take time to reconnect with nature through peaceful, mindful hikes through the beautiful surroundings of Glencrouton Manor. These walks will give you time to reflect, breathe in the fresh air, and simply enjoy the beauty of the moment.

For those seeking something invigorating, you’ll have the chance to experience ice-cold ocean bathing followed by a healing sauna session. The cold water will refresh and awaken your senses, while the warmth of the sauna will relax and rejuvenate you. This powerful combination helps release tension and brings your body into balance.
